How did my subscription begin?
Your subscription began when you interacted with one of our advertisements whilst browsing the internet on your phone or tablet whilst using a data connection. You would then be taken to our subscription page which gives you the option to join the service.
At this point you would receive a text message confirming your subscription and the 24 hour free period. You also receive a monthly reminder via text.
How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe by sending us a text message. Please see below:

I didn't get 24 hours free?
All customers receive a 24 hour period when they first subscribe. If you unsubscribe and then consequently rejoin you do not receive another free period.
